Ray and Ronan collaborated in diverse finance positions for over 15 years within the world's largest Medical Device Company. Following their retirement from the multinational arena, they united their strengths to offer extensive business experience, expertise, and services to the SME sector. Over the past 18 months, they successfully orchestrated the complete sale of several SMEs, totaling a valuation exceeding €19 million.

Ray Cantwell
Ray is an experienced Finance and Business professional, with over 30 years service in high profile Finance roles in the world’s leading Medical Device companies.Prior to leaving the Corporate world, Ray led a team of 60 finance professionals across a number of different business segments and geographies. Together with his team, Ray was responsible for an annual Operation and R&D spend of €1.5B.Apart from his M&A activities, Ray sits on the board of a number of companies and is currently chair of Ostoform Limited. He provides consulting / mentoring services to the SME sector.Ray is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and holds an MBA degree from the Heriot Watt University.

Ronan MacGabhann
Ronan up to recently worked for 17+ years in one of the world’s leading MedTech Multinationals.Ronan has held Senior Finance Leadership roles in Global Manufacturing, Global R&D, Corporate Finance as well as lead roles in numerous MedTech acquisitions & divestitures projects.Ronan is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, holds an MBA from the Leicester University and is also a Chartered Director (IOD).
